Thyroid help please......

Good morning,
I had my tests results for my tsh at 2.19 , my free t4 is 1.0 (ng/dl) and t3 is 84 (ng/dl). I have a hmo and they are having a regular md handle my testing. I've asked for a referral for endocrinologist but they said I'm in normal range. Sadly my symptoms don't feel it. Mild depression, anxiety, weight gain even on a very good diet, and so very fatigued. Please help me with these results and I'd appreciate any advice.

Test results and reference ranges vary from lab to lab, so we need to know the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those test results.
