Enzymes/Vitamins

Hi. I'm going crazy.  I'm up to 200mcg. of Synthroid - last TSH 0.41 with Ft's in low-norm range.  Anyway, does anyone know if I can take the coenzyme Q10 or will it negatively affect thyroid?  Also, have been faithfully taking B vitamin complex daily with a multivitamin that has some b vitamins in it.  When just reading on the internet that niacin has shown to lower thyroid hormone in people with this disease causing hypo symptoms.

I haven't felt great since this whole thing began & I'd like the b vitamins for hair growth/nail growth all of which are still bad.

Help!!

Hi again (forgot your log in name). I am a 42 year old female so for me the hair loss is horrible.  My husband just looked at it yesterday & believes me now. It's in the front where the bangs are.  I am due to see my doctor next week & get blood work before I go so maybe this will tell us something.

Good luck to you & congrats on the no hair loss.

Thank you for your reply.  I will do this.  Have you had issues with hair breakage etc.? I'm scared that it's breaking so bad still!
