Yes, basic liver and kidney function is part of a metabolic panel.  However, I'm not good at all about interpreting those or a CBC.  I just wanted to make sure your doctor had covered those bases, and it seems he has.  The glucose is elevated some, but if it wasn't a fasting glucose, then that changes things a lot (it's apt to be higher, depending on what you recently ate).

Looking over my metabolic panel that I had done are those tests included in
what you are referring to? Maybe you can throw some names at me.........
appreciate it very much I have like Comp metabolic panel, the only thing that stood out
to me was CBC -something calledMCH 33.8 H  27-33 PG reference range absoulte Bosinophils 14L   15-550 cells/MCL, Glucose 136 H     65-99 MG/DL ref range
another glcose 104  65-99 MG/DL   It seems that the glucose is elevated some.

I wish there were more I could tell you, but you are a complicated lady!  Your FT4 and TSH look good, but your FT3 is low.  This would indicate a conversion problem.  However, you have a number of other current issues and a history of even more, so it confuses everything.  Have you ever had any liver or kidney problems, and have you had any recent liver and kidney function studies?  I ask only because a good part of the T4 to T3 conversion happens in the liver and kidneys.  Lack of an enzyme (5' deiodinase, if you must know - that's pronounced 5-prime de-i-o-din-aze!!!) in the liver and/or kidneys will inhibit conversion to T3.

I'm anxious to hear what your new endo has to say.  Please keep us posted.  October 7 is just a bit over a week away...hang in there...

They did not do TGab at all.  Lately I feel like I have trouble swallowing like a bloated
throat down by the adam's apple.  TF4 was 1.6 and TSH 1.28, don't know what it is
now.  All I know is that all My TF3's come back flagged from 200-2.1 range as low.
Have Endo appt, October 7th in Richmond, VA,  I hope they do not turn me out of there
w/nothing, I feel like I am running an 8 cyclinder machine on 4.  There are probably alot
of tests I don't even know about.  I do take estra test and progesterone hormones also.
for menopausal symptons.  Sometimes I feel like I lay in the road and it would be
comfortable.   I did have EBV 22 years ago, severe with myalgic encephalimitis,
inflamation of the brain, which was horrendous........that was diagnosed by a local
endo who was excellent but now retired.........Catch me up I know I can't be the most
mysterious medical mystery not to be helped., thanks, much

You're right, your antibodies came back within range which indicates you don't have an autoimmune disease.  Did they do TGab in your previous round of tests?  And your FT3 is still in the lower end of the range at 2.1.  If I remember right, your FT4 is fairly high???  Refresh my memory on your meds, please.  Do you have an appointment to discuss this with your doctor?
