Question on blood test result time?

I recently had blood drawn to test for hypo.  Just curious if anyone knows how long it will take to get the results back.  Thanks.

Can be anywhere between the next day to a week..totally depends on the pathology lab and if your doctor prefers to get you to come in for an appointment, or you pick them up at the doctor's yourself.
Average is two days.
