Hello!
My thyroid is hard like a piece of wood and I don't know why. I've only been to family doctor and did a blood test and ultrasound. TSH is normal (1,2) and the gland is not enlarged, ultrasound didn't find any abnormalities. It is regular, homogeneous, has no lumps. I have high blood pressure, increased heart rate and I experience extreme fatigue, and other symptoms associated with thyroid disease.
I'm planning to visit endocrinologist soon. I would really appreciate any comments! I can't find any cases with hard thyroid yet normal test results online.
