Has anyone had these type of Thyroid Symptoms?

About two years ago I had a partial thyroidectomy.  My blood showed that I was not in need for any supplemental medicine.  After the surgery I felt ok and even had less symptoms then before.

However, I have been having some weird symtoms that seem serious and are making me scared.  In the cold weather, I cannot get warm and even develop the shakes and chattering due to being so cold.  I seem to take hours to regulate my body temp and then I get dizzy with this as well.  Plus I am sleeping about 8 to 10 hours and that is not like me.  It feels like someone is sucking the blood out of me.

For years my blood reveals NO thyroid defeciency, but my heart tells me that I am not level.

Have you had full thyroid tests lately? You sound like you are hypo, but you can only know by having TSH, Free T4, Free T3 and anti-bodies testing.
Having a partial usually means the other side picks up the slack, but after time the side that is left can fail.
You need to get tested again and see what is going on.
Cheers!
