Hashi/adrenals fatigue

Has anyone with Hashi and adrenal fatigue and been fully recover from that? Is posible the full recover? Im still waiting the recovery.

My physician put me on synthroid and a compounded T3.
My last cortisol test was:
Cortisol serum(am) was 12.45 ug/dl and Range 4.3-22.4
Cortisol serum(pm) was 7.06 ug/dl and Range 3.09-16.66

This values are from Syntroid 125 only
TSH: 3.7uUI/mL Range:0.27-4.2
FT4: 1.65ng/dL Range: 0.93-1.7
FT3: 2.5pg/mL Range: 1.5-3.5
RT3: 35ng/dL Range: 11-32

He only recomend me some OTC for my adrenals but nothing about cortisol.

I am going through the same thing, with 2 doctors in the mix, neither adressing off labs numbers, and the post ATCH test sickness.
I am far from an expert, but have been reading, calling,. questing and on this forum alot, and it helps.  Is your endo treating the t3 and t4 separately?  Or are you on straight synthroid?Did you have the cortisol stim test (ATCH), Have they given adrenal support?
I am striving to get these things myself, and as I go, I will share whatever I learn.  Best of luck Sibil.
