Hashimoto's and what else?

I was diagnosed with low grade Hashimoto's a few months ago and have been taking my Synthroid daily (100 mcg an hour before breakfast) and my test last week apparently showed the right amount of hormone in my system... and yet, I have days of brain dead and days of racing brain (as evidence, sometimes I can do a Difficult Sudoku in 5 min and sometimes an Easy one takes 30 min). In the last 4 months I have been on antibiotics for 50 days and counting as I seem to catch every bug going around (including some from my trips to India - stupidly - clearly my immune system is shot). I am nervous, chewing my nails,  and driven to eat even when full some days, and so exhausted that I can't get dressed other days. I have migraines for days on end, and I can't focus my eyes sometimes for hours.  I can hear crunching noises when I turn my head right to left, and I have painful (if not swollen) glands under my chin. This past week, I felt like the back of my throat was raw, and my tongue hurt from underneath. I know I clench my jaws these days and try hard to keep relaxing it. I am swollen, anxious, and tired of all of this - which is weird because I am generally a happy person. Am I missing some key to fixing this? (oh, also I am pre-menopausal and have trigeminal neurolgia on one quadrant of my face - but I can live with these things if I could get relief on the others.)

Just want to mention that I have had the "crunching" noise in my neck before.  It is part of the joint issues that come with Hashimoto's.  It is the same as what causes the Knee pain and shoulder pain (if you use your arms a lot either in exercise or lifiting).  Hope this helps a little.  And again as gimel said, post your labs if you can.  It really helps others here to be able to help you.  I am still needing to go get my labs from my new Dr. since they still haven't called me.  Very frustrating.  Hang in there.  :-)

Please post the actual numbers from your lab tests for thyroid, as well as reference ranges.
