Should I have a second opinion?

I am very fatigue all the time. I have lost  a total of 15 lbs with in the last year. My lung collasped spontaneous. Which during this period they seen I had thyroid noids. Had a biopsy 08 which was really weird to me. A student poked me like 50 times trying to get something. They had to retrieve new needles. The one's they were using weren't working???????? Had a recent u/s 3/10. It states left and right lobes are enlarged. Also left and right both have 2 nodules. The gland has a heterogeneous appearance? What does that mean?  My TSH is 0.751  range 0.40-4.50. IS that borderline almost?

It means you have lots of variations in the thyroid.
Don't worry about looking crazy! I must be the Queen of Crazy with my doctors.

Yes get the Free T3 done. TSH on it's own is not a reliable way of diagnosing a thyroid condition. Get a 2nd and 3rd opinion taking your results with you!

Thank you. I did have a free T4 which was1.27 but not a T3. I am just concerned because I am down to 100 lbs. I feel like when you talk to the doctors they believe your lying. I don't want to look crazy.

You should find a thyroid specialist and get a second opinion on your biopsy results. You should undergo testing for Hashimoto's and Graves autoimmune thyroid diseases.
Also you need to have a complete thyroid panel done....not just a tsh which is a pituitary function test. You should have also had a Free T4 and Free T3 tests done with the tsh. The Free's are the actual active thyroid hormone in the body.
