And how can I understand what is happening . I am seeing a excellent specialist  Yet I don't know why this is happening my , a few months ago switched to synthroid and every test it get increased .25  . Please somebody help me understand this. Taking thyroxine a few hours before having labs done is one possible cause of high TSH and high free T4.

Please post the reference range for the Free T4.  Ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report for the best comparison.

Have you ever had a Free T3 test done, along with the TSH  and Free T4?  Free T3 is the active hormone that's used by nearly every cell in your body and is even more important than TSH and/or Free T4.  Your doctor should be ordering it every time s/he orders thyroid blood work.

How long have you been on the Synthroid?

Do you know if you  have Hashimoto's?
