High peridose antibodies

I've been diagnosed with hypo and hasimotos.  My levels are in " normal" range but my antibodies are increasing and now up to 1300+.  I'm currently on levothyroxine 100mcg and seems to keep me in the normal range.  I've been to 3 endocrinologists and none of them seem to be concerned.  I did have one trial me on (I believe) a T4 med for 1 month and no change so he took me off.

Any suggestions besides find another doc?
