I have estrogen dominance as well, and my doc told me that an effect of estrogen dominance is hypothyroidism (or at least symptoms of hypothyroidism). When my levothyroxine made no change, I decided to quit taking it as I started taking progesterone. Now I have almost no hypothyroid issues anymore.
Anyway, see if you can't up your progesterone (especially days 21-30 in your cycle, or the week before your period if you still have it), as that is when estrogen spikes the highest, and progestrone dips the lowest). If your doc wont try it, or you don't want to take a pill, progesterone creams seem to work pretty well. But for me, progesterone therapy has made a world of difference.
Your free t4 is barely hanging on!
The TSH of 2.2 is not bad, but may not be ideal for your body. Still, it seems unusual for the free t4 to be so low compared to the relatively normal TSH.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Perhaps try posting on the doctor forum on this site.
My lab reference range for FreeT4 is [.59 - 1.61] so I'm told I'm within range but I heard the ranges can shift lab to lab...which doesn't makes sense to me. I had hormone tests done where my estradiol was in range but my progesterone was low 60 pg/ml with range of [100-600] suggesting estrogen dominence.
The free t4 looks low. What is your lab reference range?
Antibodies are elevated, predicting future autoimmune thyroid disease.
What tests suggested estrogen dominance?
