Sorry, what is Victobin?  What's it used for?

Symptoms of hypo and hyper can be the same.  I agree with goolarra; the only indication of hypo is TSH, which is a pituitary hormone, can vary widely and is not always indicative of thyroid function.  Since it's high, but your actual thyroid levels are good (FT3 just a tad low), have they thought to check your pituitary function?

Both your TPOab and TGab are elevated, which would indicate that you have autoimmune thyroid disease, either Hashi's (hypo) or Graves' (hyper) or both (extremely rare).  Although Hashi's is ultimately a hypo disease, early stages can be characterized by hyper symptoms or swings from hypo to hyper.

Antibodies will continue to destroy thyroid function, but it can take years or even decades for them to destroy enough to cause symptoms.  It can also take just months.

I'll only comment on your latest labs since they're pretty consistent anyway.  FT4 looks good.  It's just a little above midpoint of range, which is the target for FT4.  Your FT3 is very slightly low, but nothing I would consider significant, especially since you were not on meds at the time.  So, the only test that indicates you are hypo is TSH, which is the least reliable of the thyroid tests.  TSH is a pituitary hormone, very volatile and causes no symptoms.  It is only if (the big fat if) TSH accurately reflects FT3 and FT4 levels that it is useful.

Do you have any hypo symptoms at all?

Has your doctor diagnosed Hashi's?
