TSH is .230
Typically, when TSH is low, FT4 should be high. However, in your case, both TSH and FT4 are low. This can be indicative of secondary hypothyroidism. When you have secondary, your pituitary isn't secreting enough TSH to stimulate your thyroid to produce enough hormone. It's really a pituitary problem, but the result is that you feel hypo.

Free T4 is 0.9 range is 0.8 - 1.4 ng/dL. TSH is .230 range is 0.3 - 4.0 UIU/ML
