Is 5.28 mlU/L TSH, 3rd generation considered high? Should I see my PCP right away?

I just received these results from blood work I did through my work when they had a Health for Wellness team come out.  This is through Cigna.

Anyway the only other results for thyroid is T4 Free 0.9 ng/dL

Symptoms are typical: fatigue/lethargy, depression, big weight gain, muscular aches.

The newest range for TSH is 0.3-3.0, so yes, 5.28 is higher than "normal".  Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid problem?  Are you on any thyroid med? Have you had any other tests done, such as Free T3 and Free T4?  Antibody testing?  What, if any, symptoms do you have?  Full of questions, aren't I??  lol

If you can post your lab results, along with the reference ranges on the lab report, that would greatly help members assist you...
