Antibodies

Hi, I recently had blood work done that shows low levels of antibodies in my blood. According to the test, they are in a normal range. But after doing some reading, it seems as though ANY antibodies are cause for concern. Anyone know anything about this?

I found the thread you posted earlier that contains your lab results. I'll comment on there so we keep all your questions together, as it gets confusing when there are multiple threads going about the same thing.

If your antibody count was less than the reference range, they are considered to be negative and indicates that you do not have an autoimmune disease.

Some people have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease based on ultrasound or FNA, even if antibody counts are negative.

What were your antibody levels?  Have you been diagnosed with hyper or hypothyroidism?
