Are you on thyroid replacement meds? If so, they need to be increased!
The normal levels of TSH are 0.3 to 3.0 - you are clearly hypothyroid and need to be treated.
here's a link to hypothyroidism ad its symptoms:

Hi! I just now received your message...I hope its ok to send a message here, as you mentioned a PM is better.
My email is ***@**** if you ever want to email (its even more private). Oh, btw my name is julie and you were kind enough to respond to my posting. I was slightly panicking as i am expected to decide about the 3rd dose by this coming monday.
From what i read, i see your younger sister's scenario was more advanced than my own. My metastesis (oops, spelling) occurred in the neck (all lymph nodes removed) and then the lungs...but it has not spread elsewhere....my thyroglobulin is about 50 but ofcourse my doctor wants to see it at 0. My main hesitation is longterm quality of life, but as you know its a tough decision...I will ask my doctor to expand on some questions...he can honestly be a real crank but he's an awesome pioneer in this field (here in Canada) and so i won't be changing doctors. I am so glad to hear that your sister is in good health now and was able to have her daughter...all the best to all of you.
Peace and light,
Julie
