I'm going to look at that list and print it out thank you for helping me understand that symptoms can be either or
I think the confusion about symptoms is because some of your symptoms can be cause by either hypo or hyper; however, many of those symptoms are only related to being hypo. If you have a look at this extremely long list of symptoms that can be related to hypothyroidism, you will find yours listed there.

Further, I am not very optimistic about the Endo recognizing and treating your hypothyroidism. Many Endos have the "Immaculate TSH Belief" and only pay attention to that. This is very wrong. If they go beyond TSH, then they use "Reference Range Endocrinology" and will tell you that if your test result fall within the reference range, you don't have a thyroid problem. This is also wrong. As previously described, a good thyroid doctor will treat a hypo patient clinically by testing and adjusting Free T4 and Free T3 as needed to relieve symptoms, without being constrained by resultant TSH levels. Symptom relief should be all important, not just test results.
In preparation for your further dealings with doctors, I suggest that you have a look at this link and read at least the first two pages, and then be prepared to give a copy of the whole paper to your doctor(s) and ask to be treated clinically, to relieve your many hypo symptoms. Since hypo patients are also frequently too low in the ranges for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, those should be tested and supplemented as needed to optimize. D should be 50 min., B12 in the upper end of its range, and ferritin should be about 70 min.

No I haven't seen any other Dr besides my regular dr here you cant see specialist without referrals. I've seen a new psychiatrist though last week and believe it or not she is the one giving me my referral to see an endocrinologist. If I'm hypo by these labs why does my symptoms mimic hyper?
The answers to your questions are the same as I previously provided back in Nov. You are very hypothyroid and must get a doctor to recognize your central hypothyroidism and prescribe thyroid med adequate to relieve symptoms. Did you see the doctor that I suggested at the time?
