Just google low iodine diet and i'm sure the thyca.org web site will come up with all the details about what you can / cannot eat.
Mostly, you CANNOT have anything that you dont make yourself, you cannot have milk or soy or eggs or salt, or anything that contains any of those things. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and home made bread without salt, some meat is allowed, but not much, no seafood....
