Here is the actual first FNAB results. Doctor said to me repeat FNAB with genetic testing or surgery for TT with total removal. I was like thinking what? I can't go forward based on these results knowing that a large percentage are still benign. Anyway, it's a short report. Maybe some of you can make more sense out of it than me. I deleted identifying information of myself and of my doctors but the doctor is very distinguished and admired by his peers. I know it doesn't say too much. But perhaps some of you can tell me what it does say? Thanks if any of you care to reply. I hope you do. I hate the fact that it's such an inconclusive science. I repeated the FNAB yesterday to see if that comes back better (my hopes not too high on that one) and for genetic markers to be sent to Afirma. Can anybody help me decipher? I've gone through much reading and am more confused instead of less.
