Supplements; something to think about!

Hello all, I have been reading a lot of post since finding this website and wanted to share with you some info.
Supplements have a lot of iodine in them for this very reason I am told.  Even though the thyroid only hold a tiny bit.  Back in the day they knew something we must have forgotten and now we are paying the price with all our thyroid problems.
You really need the ones with the antioxidents!!!  I have been on Lifepak (from NUSKIN/Pharmanex) for a very long time and I know this  multivitatim/mineral has been my savior due to how well I recovered from my TT.  I, also my endo noticed how fast my TSH rose up in a very short time.  There are reports that people are becoming healthier because of the antioxidents in their blood defending the free radicals (the bad guys in our body).
I have a friend who child is a type 2 diabetic and has been in his short life and to the extreme many times and on his deathbed a few times.  He went on lifepak and now found out his sugars has been keeping at a very almost normal level. The school nurse asked his parents what they have been doing because she was almost shocked as she has not seen him that low.  You want to know what is good look at the link below.  http://www.supplementwatch.com/  Look under product review and multivitamins/minerals and click on either Senior, Women, Child or Comprehensive Multi-Vitamin to see what is good for you based on the reviews.  It really is something to think about.
Cheers!
Scott
