Levelthyroxine doses

I had been taking 75mg of levelthyroxine for several months, then started to feel tired, after a blood test my dose was increased to 100mg. After a while I started to have heart palputations and feeling very anxious, I was advised to take 75mg one day and 100 the next. I felt all over the place, one day ok and then feeling tired. My doctor agreed that I could cut up the tablets so I could take the same amount each day. I am still feeling very anxious even after 4 weeks, so I am now on medication for anxiety. My question is, why would 25mg made such a difference to how I feel, I would have thought there would be a leaway between amount of doses.

I've experienced a huge difference in how I feel with a 6.25 per day increase.  Some of us have more leeway than others.

A 25 mcg increase on top of 75 mcg is a third more.  It's not as small as it initially sounds.

Please post your last few series of thyroid related test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report.  What symptoms did you have before starting on the Levothyroxine?
