Low TSH, low T3 and T4

My latest lab work measured my TSH at the lowest level of "with normal" range.  It also measured my free T3 and T4 as very low.  My primary care doctor said due to the low(er) level of TSH my free T3 (or T4?) should be higher or high to compensate.  He has suggested I get evaluated by an endocrinologist.  I have no symptoms of hypo- or hyper- thyroidism.  And idea what these values together might indicate?  Pituitary problems maybe?  I'm a little freaked out at this point reading about thyroid cancer and pituitary disease in regards to these kinds of levels.  Thanks for any insight you can give me.

I didn't post the values because I didn't remember them and I did not have a copy of the blood work.  Thyroid problems are new to me!  I called my doctor's office and they said my TSH was 0.03 and my T4 was 0.8.

So that others on here might provide some insight and thoughts, would you please post the results with the ranges?  Without that, folks can truly only hypothesize.
