attn guys on testosterone
can anyone on here who has hashis or no thyroid tell me what type of testosterone you take as well as where you try to keep your levels at? I am currently getting a weekly injection and hovering around 550 but i want to try to take it up to 700. I am a 45 year old guy (was 45 today) so either 44 or 45 would be the right chart level for me.

I have been working on getting my thyroid levels rebalanced after some changes about a year ago. I am almost there. Once I get the thyroid levels rebalanced then I will see where I am at, but I really don't see any need to go higher on my testosterone levels at this time.

I am a 60 year old male and had RAI about 35 years ago. I take weekly .75ml Testosterone Cypionate injections. My current testosterone level is around 590 which is good for my age.
