can drugs, etc, cause interference with stabilizing on Meds for Hashimotos?

Have not been able to stabilize symptoms  in last 2 yrs, despite dose changes of Naturethroid, and addition  of levothyroxine. Serum iodine somewhat low, using iodine supplement in low dose. Currently additionally  troubled with palpitations over the last several months, coupled with increased anxiety...new PCP wants to increase Sertraline from 100 to 150 mg for the anxiety... literature suggests that Sertraline interferes with thyroid Meds. Also taking several supplements, and Cozaar; and Ambien  for sleep. Am concerned that what I am taking, or increasing anything, will cause further interference with getting stabilized. I feel like anything I try to do for myself results in adding additional problems, and it is becoming  confusing and frightening.
Any feedback on this subject is welcome....thanks

It certainly can get confusing when there are multiple variables involved.  Since hypothyroidism can cause some of those symptoms, it seems that the first step should be to get to adequate levels of Free T4 and Free T3, along with Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin.  Then, if there are remaining issues, they could be addressed.  So, please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, if tested for D, B12 and ferritin, please post those also.
