Should i add Cytomel too my Levaxin?

Hello, i am hoping that sombody can help me with this. I live in a country where we have a very few doctors that specilices in hormones. So i have been to almost every doctor and they all tell me that Levaxin ( 50mcg) is the perfect dose for me. I have been experimenting too take 75 mcg but after a while i get Hyper, but on 50 mcg i´m always tierd, brain foge and depressd.
Went to see my doctor to day and she still refuses to take some bloodwork. But she said that i could try adding 10 mcg of Cytomel.

Last bloodwork was
TSH mU/l....................... 2,8    0,4 - 4
FT4 pmól/l..................... 16,1  10,3 - 24,5

Cortisol nmól/l................ 811 *   170 - 700

Can anyone give me some advice ?

Thanke you for your anwser. This is my morgning cortisol. They will not take any T3 tests here, no matter what. I have been trying too lower my cortisol by sleeping 8-10 hours, exercising, heating healthy but it dosent get lower. My doctor says it´s okey too have a slightly high cortisol.

I´m gona try taking 62,5 mcg.

Rule of thumb is to have FT4 at about  mid range; yours is slightly less than that, so you may be able to stand an increase.  If 75 mcg is too much, maybe you could alternate 50 mcg, with 75 mcg for an average of 62.5 mcg/day.

Additionally, some symptoms "cross over" (apply to either/both hypo and hyper).  Can you get your doctor to test for FT3?  It's never a good idea to add a med with a T3 component, without testing FT3 to see if it's really needed, particularly if you are really going hyper on 75 mcg T4 med, since FT3 is the hormone used by the cells and is the one that would cause you to go hyper..

Was that a morning cortisol?
