Any "normal" but symptomatic here find medicine helped?

Hello everyone.

Just wondering if anyone here had "normal" range thyroid yet went on thyroid medicine (such as alternative doctor) and felt better?  If so, in what ways and how much did you feel better?

There's a study I trying to relocate on google on subclinical hypothyroid people that went on a study of trying medicine and they felt much better in many ways.  It seems it really doesn't have to be severe numbers to be bad symptoms.

Thank you.

The main thing holding me back from future plans and living well is I feel like I couldn't make a long, regular work day or schooling.  And I need longer sleep time.  The fatigue/lethargy/sleepiness is the chief complaint.  As well as poor motivation, concentration, attention, memory (I do have ADD, too).  Mental work and interacting a lot drains me, I just always feel the need to have a break.  And doing physical work is more tiring for me than others my age.  I also don't handle stress well at all, it emotionally/mentally bothers me a lot.

you're right about the #'s. we are all different. if you have what you believe could be hypo symptoms, it doesn't mean your numbers have to be sky high. could you post your symptoms and the labs with the value ranges? HA, i have hashi's and they still call and tell me my thyroid is normal....frustrating to say the least
