Normal TSH, T4 - Very elevated T3, etc

Background:  Female, diagnosed with Hashimoto's age 11.  TSH at time of diagnosis was 85.  TSH has gotten as high as 190.  Currently age 26, taking 300mcg of Levothyroxine daily.  Also taking birth control (Mircette) continuously for period suppression (ie, only 4 periods a year -- 3 months of active pills followed by a one week break.)

I am having trouble interpreting my latest labs with my thyroid and sex hormones...

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 306 (high)
Testosterone, Free - 1 (low)
Testosterone, Free Percent - .3 (low)
Testosterone, Total - 41

T3 - 229 (high)
Thyroxine, Free - 1.5
TSH - 1.22

How is it that my T3 is elevated and the other be fine?  And what the heck is up with the sex hormones?

Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but my HDL was 80, LDL 77, total cholesterol 180.  I know that an elevation of T3 can increase lyposis which would maybe explain the cholesterol levels, but I am no expert at all.

Would just be nice to have some input on all this.

Compounded testosterone cream?  Really?  She hasn't mentioned that to me, but I'm curious why I may would need it?  My testosterone must be really low then...

I haven't been feeling well AT ALL.  Always tired, always fatigued, been kinda down/depressed for a few months.

There was no free t3 on this particular lab workup.  Pardon my ignorance, but I'm not quite sure what the destruction phase is, either.  Perhaps you can enlighten me? lol

Is your dr going to prescribe a compounded testosterone cream? This can be more common in women than you think..lol
Your thyroid levels look good as long as you feel good. How have you been feeling? Most times a hashimoto patient feels best with a tsh between .50-1.0. What was your lab range for the free t3?
Here is a question for you: Do you remember how long the destruction phase of your thyroid took?
