Normal TSH in infants (4mos Old)

My child just had his TSH tested and it showed on the high side of 5.82 (see Below). His T4 was normal. The Doctor had me retest him again to validate.  After reading some info on the internet, I noticed that infant T4 levels range can be higher than that of adults

Component Results  Your Value    Standard Range      Units       Flag
TSH                             5.82             0.30 - 5.27         uIU/mL       H

What are the normal TSH range levels in infants? What I also noticed is the range they used for him is the same as the range they used when calculating my TSH.

Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
