Numbness in hands/headache

Since a week or so i started to have hand numbness in the night while i am sleeping and also have tingling in my feet and hands . From last 5 days i have constant headache i am barely doing my work , lot of fatigue and lack of energy and some hot flashes in the night and even in day time also.
My doctor changed my dose from 94mcg to 88mcg when she found mt TSH went down to 0.36 (0.4-3.0). I am thinking it may went down more towards Hyper , i have been on this 88 mcg dose for last 3 weeks.
Should i stop my medication for few days or just go for test TSH before make any changes in my dose  or should i continue taking it for another 2 weeks before do any test ?
My eyes are bulge or tired all the time even feel pain in my eyes when it opens for longer.

I started taking mega dose of Vitamin D (50,000 IU) for last 2 weeks , so far i have taken 2 doses and the third one is schedule to take tomorrow. Today i ran my thyroid panel test again and it came out my TSH is not bad

TSH 1.37
FT4=1.33
FT3= 3.1

Could be possible the higher dose vitamin D an be reason of those symptoms like
eye soar/fatigue/hot flashes/high palpitation /extreme dryness ?.
I used to feel good with this current thyroid numbers the only thing different is added mega dose of vitamin D .
AR and others please add your comments , if any one of you have any url link that gives some information about vitamin D and thyroid i really appreciate it.

rohit - I get numbness and tingles in the hands (mostly the right) and headaches a bunch.  I am still working toward a solution to my swelling thyroid (normal labs) and had my doc run a calcium panel to see if that was the cause.  No word back yet on that.  I take Levo .25 and have had no change in med.  I seem to think that the med change could be the cause by itself, but it also could be calcium (have you had those tests?)  Also, feeling hyper is not a good thing from what I have read and it may be a great idea to call and speak with your docs office on this since they really may need to lower the dose again.  Would definately have a blood test done, but see if they would be willing to test your calcium.

PLEASE NOTE, I MAY BE AND POSSIBLY AM WRONG ABOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE JABBER!

Hugs and I hope you feel better.  ~Kim
