Odd quesiton, please help!!

I have lost about 46  pounds... I have Hashis and hypothyroid.. since the weight loss.. i seem to be VERY sensitive to even a quarter grain of my thyroid medication.... does anyone know what is going on ? my last test results were fine... ( for me anyway.. where I have felt at my best) .. however, i now take about 1/4 grain every other day... and after about a week of this.. im wired.  its driving me nuts!!  where once i was 150 pounds... relatively happy, taking 1 grain every day of westhroid, to now being 106 pounds... on a half grain every other day.. i feel..well.. just ick!! My free T3 and Free T4 are where they were when i felt great!!  buyt my TSH seems to be VERY sensitive!! within days my levels are zooming. i cant get too much T3 because it messes with my heart.. so i have to be careful.. I have also tried Levothyroxine, synthroid, armour, etc etc... i was shown to be very allergic to the synthetics... and the armour really whacked out my heart... any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you for answering back... I have been seeing an endo, have switched, as he keeps telling me my adrenal function is fine.. he did a cortisol test, and a aldosterone test.. they were both normal, however.. we all know that those tests are filled with error.. i need to get the saliva test, even though most doctors think its bunk.  the other test where they inject you with ACTH is not a good indicator either.... at least thats what I read.. i switched my endos.. have an appointment soon... thank you again for your advice.

Excessive stress can contribute to the development of adrenal insufficiency/fatigue.  The use of thyroid hormones is a contraindication (condition or factor that serves as a reason to withhold a certain medical treatment) in patients with uncorrected adrenal insufficiency.

Taking thyroid hormone with dysfunctional adrenal function results in continuing or worsening of hypothyroid symptoms, or causing hyperthyroid like symptoms on doses that should not cause these symptoms. Worse case scenario is a life threatening condition called an adrenal crisis.

A good article to read is "How Adrenals Can Wreak Havoc" on Stop The Thyroid Madness which goes indepth on lab testing, home tests, and treatment options.
