I agree that you should try to get the Free T3 and Free T4, since Total T3 and Total T4 is considered to be obsolete and not very useful, however, having had other members from India, on the forum, I'm not sure you can get the Free T3 and Free T4 tests.  Total T3 and Total T4 is the amount of, both, the bound and unbound hormones and we need to know just the unbound (Free) amounts, as those are the active hormones.  Please do try to get those tests.

You should also try to get thyroid antibody tests to determine if your wife has Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.  The tests she needs are Thyroid Peroxidsase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb).

Wife is hypothyroid. The T3 and T4 measurements are out of date. For accuracy we need Free T3,Free T4 but no matter what, all TSH's indicate hypothyroidism  for all concerned and must be treated appropriately ASAP!
