confused

Does too much iodione causes hyperthyroid or makes your hypothyroid worse?  I keep finding different answers in this subject which it keeps making more confused than what I already I am

Too much iodine can trigger whichever thyroid disease you have, whether it be hypo/hashi or graves/hyper. So in a nutshell yes, TOO much iodine can make your condition worse!
