Follicular epithelial cells.
Follicular cells with Hurthle cell change
colloid
lymphocytes
the findings are consistant with lymphocytic thyroiditis and goiter.

Fine Needle Biopsy (FNA) of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (also called chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis or autoimmune thyroiditis) is stated to typically reveal lymphocytes, macrophages, scant colloid, and a few epithelial cells which may show Hurthle cell change.  A goiter is a swelling of the thyroid gland. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is a more common cause of goiter formation in the US.
