Please help

Ok Ill start from the begining. 7 mos ago I was given a drug named invega for bipolar disorder, I was given 6mg samples and only perscribed 3mg so the doctor instructed me to cut the drug in half. At the time I didnt know that cuting this pill and taking it alone can kill u via prolongation of the qt interval of the heart bc it is a time released capsule. The same doctor also knew I was an alcoholic and told me to take this drug and gave me no info on it. I took this drug along with lexapro 3 times and 3 times only the 1st 2 times I took them I drunk alcohol the same day and I felt nothing. The 3rd night I took it and several hours later drunk 4 sips of a beer before this feeling of cold water runing through my veins ran from my feet up the rest of my body, my heart rate jumped up around 200 bpm and a crushing pressure wich lasted about 5 seconds was in the center of my chest, my blood pressure droped signifigantly, I felt very cold and and my lips started turning purplish,  and I felt like I was fading, the ambulance arrived and took me to the hospital where my symptoms faded as I was arriving at the er where they hooked me to a heart monitor, did an ekg, bloodwork, and chest x ray all of wich were normal. Since then I have been to the er 14 times hyperventelating and panicing and I had never hyperventelated or had a panic attack in my life before the reaction, I was perfectly healthy before this, for a while I would feel dizzy upon standing and couldnt stand for long periods of time bc I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest and I was going to fall over dead, I experienced vibrating sensations randomly throughout my body, pains, spasms and twitching of the muscles or nerves, including twitching in my eye lids, lips, throat, and everywhere else in my body, eventualy I had a cat scan on my head, ana panel ran, electrolytes, etc.... all of wich were normal, I had a thyroid test wich came back hyper and it never had been before. 1 month later they ran a second thyroid test wich was still low but had climed to a level conscidered normal and they never explained y. I eventualy had to stop smoking bc they would make me feel weak and very sick, this along with the other symptoms has made me feel like something may b wrong in my arteries. I stoped smoking and started taking magnesium along with my 1 a day multi vitaman and started felling a lot less sick but still have the twitching, spasms, and though much less intense palpitations so I wanted to see if I was geting better and started smoking 3 days ago wich has brought back all the same symptoms other than dizzyness so I know I need to just stop smoking but still ciggs never made me feel that way before so there has to b something that is wrongfor ciggs to make me feel that way plus the others that still havent went away. I havent taken a single med since the reaction not even a tylenol or simple acid reducer bc I know that med did something to me and im affraid if I take a med it may kill or hurt me plus I havent drank since then and I know I needed to stop drinking so much but id still like to drink socialy, I just want to b healthy so I can feel better and do the things I used to, this has put my life on hold and im so misserable. anyone have any ideal as to what might b wrong with me?

Hi .. I agree with Laura .. I wonder if the nicotene is just too much of stimulant coupled with whatever is going on.  When I am really very hyper, I cannot take otc cold meds and liquor even affects me in that I get really hyper and/or feel the effect of the liquor like 3 fold what I usually feel.

Sounds to me like you need to find a good internest and start the testing  process over again, starting with thyroid testing. I would also recommend testing for thyroid autoimmune tests for Hashimoto's and Graves.
