Low t4, normal t3 and TSH

Okay so had a follow up blood test, I'm not yet on any meds. I have Hashis as previously discovered late last year,
Bloods in sept (2016)
TSH: 1.7
T3: 3.9
T4: 12.1
Bloods in January:
TSH: 1.5
T3: 4.8
T4: 11.8
Ranges:
TSH 0.27- 4.2
T3: 3.1-6.8
T4: 12-22
Just wondered what does this mean in regards to my thyroid health? What causing low T4, what are the symptoms and what can I do to bring this up?:)
Doctors are saying this is normal and are not concerned, will have a follow up again in April :)
Any knowledge/advise would be great thanks :)

Hypothyroidism, need to take thyroid hormone pill. TSH value doesn't matter, main thing is T4 what thyroid gland is producing and its low in your case.

From your post I expect that you are in the UK, so what you are hearing from the doctor would be the typical practice, as prescribed by the NHS.  Since your TSH is within the range, they don't intend to treat you.  If your TSH was above the range, but less than 10, they also would not want to treat you, if your Free T4 is within range.    However, that may not be the correct approach.  There is much we ned to discuss, but first please tell us about any symptoms you have.  Also, since your TSH levels are not typical of Hashi's, please tell us how that was diagnosed.  If it was diagnosed based on antibodies tests, please post the test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
