There are some experienced people here (not doctors) that can help you if you provide a little more information. Always include the reference range, not all laboratories use the same ranges.
You really should get these tests: complete thyroid test Free T3 , Free T4 and TSH. Then Its advised to get a thyroid antibody test for autoimunne thyroid (a primary cause of the disease).

How long since you took the test? Have things changed since you took it before? Why do you think you need to take it again? Has your doctor diagnosed a thyroid problem? Are you on some kind of thyroid med? What other tests did you have? TSH? Free T3? Antibody tests? What is the lab range for that FT4?
