Should my doctors be medicating me?

Hi all 5 months ago a routine blood test due to chronic fatigue showed my thyroid function to be 7.6 a month later they were 8.9 and t3 3.4 and my antibodies were 27.8 three months on I'm majorly symptomatic and my t4 is now 8.1 and my t3 is 4.2...  Do I have thyroid problems?  Should I be on medication my doctors say these are normal results???  Help

In order to best respond to your questions, please post the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those results.
