Dear Nicki ! I read your post from before about thyrogen ingections that you did to check thyca status. Did you go on Low Iodine Diet before that Whole Body Scan? I am very nervous because i did not do LID before thyrogen injection (as per my endo i should not have). Thanks a lot. If somebody else have answers please post. Thank you guys very much for all your help.
Yes, I did do LID prior to having the WBS. But, my new doctor says that he NEVER does LID. Have you had at least 1 clean scan before? My doctor also said that it's not accurate to do thyrogen injections with no prior clean scan.
