Skull Cap Headaches on Armour? or any other thyroid meds?

I have these weird headaches. Not in the morning, they normally start around 11 am. I take Armour sublingually at 6:30 am. I am in my 4th week of taking it. I have no other weird things going on other than this. It is not a terrible headache, just dull and at the top of my skull, like a cap pressing / tightening down. Plus it lasts all day from 11 on. I am still tired, and depressed, and worn out, crabby... so I don't think I'm getting too much of the Armour. Anyone else having this issue? And does your body finally adjust to it?

Really? I keep thinking I'm getting them BECAUSE of the medication. I am supposed to start taking another 15 mg in the afternoon. But my prescription wasn't at the pharmacy. They faxed my Dr. and I hope to get them tomorrow. I was afraid to up it since I have these weird constant headaches. The are driving me nuts. Almost makes me feel like I'm on the edge of getting a head cold. Know what I mean?!??!

Hey.. I saw the holistic doc today and he said its probably a sign that we need more meds. I am getting them too and the migrane like headache as well. We are on very low doses! Called the Endo and he wants me to come in for labs tomorrow and thinks I need a bump speaking of the symproms I am having.

anyone else? Is this a side effect of the hormone? Or am I just having a bad reaction to the Armour?

Yes, I have a dull headache every day too. Like I am wearing a tight plastic headband. Gets worse as the day progresses....I really don't think I will ever get used to them. Sometimes having a few cups of tea help, the caffeine in coffee would be stonger and help it too but I don't drink coffee! Guess we need a lifetime packet of headache tablets!
