This might sound ridiculous ,but do you change the time on which you take the levo according to the summer/winter clock changes ??

Im not sure if its an issue with only an hour diff...I dont stick to a time..just take it when i wake and wait an hour before i eat...i have had no probs with it..but some i see can...

Yes some do. If you take your meds at ( let's say 7am) then just looking at 7am and taking it is best - regardless of the hour change.
