Sugery yesterday
I had the left lobe of my thyroid removed yeterday. I feel good today and have been eating anyting I can get my hands on. Obviously, the general anethesia didn't effect my appitite at all. My question I have for the board is this, did anyone have any vision related issues after sugery. My vision has changed to the extent that I cannot read and I'm having a lot of trouble typing this out because I cannot focus on the screen. I hoping this is temporary and will clear up shortly.

I had the left lobe of my thyroid removed nearly 3 weeks ago (it will be exactly 3 weeks tomoro). I had vision issues where I couldnt focus on anything after I woke up. I was really struggling to focus and everything was quite blurry. Mine only lasted about 4 hours after I woke up. I was told it was the anaesthetic as I was still coming out of the anaesthesia. Since yours has been for a day now I would definately talk to your doctor about it. All the best for your recovery.
