A sign I am pushing myself too far?

This may be a bit premature but I worked out two days this week. 1st day was 15 mins. I woke up the next day exhausted but not that extreme. Worked out 30 minutes on Thursday but I had to stop yesterday because I woke up feeling awful with weak legs, a little bit of a headache, and really dizzy. I wasn't about to make myself exercise while feeling like that. I got a ton of sleep last night so I felt decent today. I've also managed to get sick (yet AGAIN) in the midst of all this so I'm all the more miserable. I don't want to stop because my parents are so happy I'm finally exercising again. I don't know if any of you have tried exercising and had it ending up being torture. It could all be related to getting sick. I don't know. I didn't feel that bad till today. But I don't want to push myself to collapsing from exhaustion. I don't know where the line is. Should I keep trying?

Also a really weird question. I have been desperatly thirsty for the past week or so. I'm not urinating any more than usual though. I just drink and drink, even waking up in the middle of the night needing something. This hasn't happened often in the past. My skin has become drier than usual and itchy (especially my back and stomach) so am I just dehydrated? I am just determined to find out what is off in my body cause something's not right which is why I keep coming here with questions.

[I don't want to push myself to collapsing] - hey - i did this - i DON"T recommend it.
listen to your body. it's screaming 'no'. this condition is severe because it doesn't show up on any tests so it's difficult to understand let alone do any measurements on it. so i would stick to 15 minutes, before you're absolutely forced to. did you notice the pattern? did you hear what you said? workout --> exhaustion. you're not building up, you're tearing down. if you were a car with a flat tyre, would you keep caning it till you grind axle? no, you STOP, wait, talk to a cow in the paddock, wait till help arrives or you find a tyre, fix the tyre problem, then make the trip...
i know you used to work out an hour daily, but it's clearly different NOW. the most difficult part is that your parents (and you and everyone else) might have trouble understanding any of it, but you have to do what's going to help and not harm. your parents are just going to have to be happy with 10 minutes. sit down, breathe, and chat with your body.

My glucose levels are fine. They've been checked regularly since almost my whole family has diabetes. I'm actually not a thyroid patient. Levels were checked in December and came back normal, leading to the exercise kick. Doctor says it will fix my problems. I have lost a LOT of stamina in a year. I used to work out over an hour 5 days a week. Now I can barely do 30 mins

I would suggest getting your glucose levels checked to make sure. Also when were your last thyroid labs? You are a thyroid patient correct? lol
It is always very very hard when you start working out again. I am at that same place myself. I started working out this past week. Most important I think is to start out very slow....stay at 15 mins per day for the first week if that is what you have to do. Go slow.
I have started on a mini trampoline to circulate my lymphatic system...3 days in and I have felt sicky and very sore today. After being laid up for sooooo long with my thyroid, my body has really lost any stamina it once had. I cannot believe how debilitated I had become. So I will take it slow and take my time. I start at the gym this coming week.
