Some questions for you.

Are you taking your medication with food? It needs to be taken first thing in the morning, then you wait an hour then eat. If you are taking it with food, this makes taking the medication useless and can cause hypothyroid symptoms.

Do you know know what your post surgery thyroid levels are? You are now at the 6 week mark and should be having thyroid levels checked. You need to ask for TSH, Free T4, Free T3.

Why did you have your thyroid out in the first place? Goitre? Nodules? Hypothyroid?  It is important to know what your levels were prior to surgery too.
