TPO antibodies?

Okay, ive been searching for what it means to have a high antibody count. I know mine is high and i know i have hashimoto's disease. My antibody count is 1234. so what does that mean??? im so confused. all my doctor told me is that i was "really really positive for antibodies" SOMEONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

As far as I've learnt here so far, that result is very very high and means that you have a really strong attack on your thyroid going on. But please wait for more experienced people here to answer and in particular AR who knows this stuff better than anyone.
