I am not sure what to make of these results:

Tg AB ECL <1
Tg 2nd Generation 0.1
Tg LC/MS/MS <0.4

Free T3 3.8
Free T4 0.96
TsH 0.186

I had TT December 2014 with I-131 treatment the following January 2015 of which 108.8mCi of I-131 was given. The lab results above are from 4/15/2016, and my endo reduced my Synthroid to 75mcg, Cytomel 5mcg x 3 daily, as I was feeling sluggish and had gained weight rapidly. I felt better for awhile and now I feel crappy again, tired, hair thinning, etc. He told me to schedule an ultrasound (as a routine follow-up post TT) but I have not yet done so. The notes from the lab results I find confusing (from the lab itself). Can someone please give me their opinion on the results??

Before getting into a discussion of your thyroid test results, please post the reference ranges for the Free T4 and Free T3, as shown on your lab report.  

I'll leave the interpretation of the TG related tests to your doctor.
