Yes, your results indicate hypo. Is the 1/2 pill also 88 mcg? If so, you only got a 6.5 mcg increase; you might not feel a whole lot from that. Are you scheduled to retest in 4-6 weeks?
You should ask your doctor to also do FT3, which is the active hormone that's actually used by your individual cells, whereas FT4 is a storage hormone and must be converted to FT3 prior to being used.
How long were you on the 88 mcg, before the doctor increased your dosage?
Thanks so much for your reply. These were my labs:
TSH 7.93 - range .34-5.66
Thyroxine free - .080 - range 0.52-1.21
Does all of this mean hypo? Dr. raised my meds from one pill (0.88) once a day to 1 1/2 pill one day a week and the one pill all other days.

What's the reference range for the FT4? Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.
Yes, some people can tolerate one med, better than another. I did better on generic levo than I did with synthroid.
