anxiety and hypo

Ok, so I had a Panic Attack about two weeks ago.  Endo ran labs and they were as follows:

TSH 2.19 (0.27-4.20)
T3 Free 3.2 (2.3-4.2)
T4 Free 1.1 (0.9-1.8)

He said my labs were normal and didn't want to change anything.  I spoke with the Nurse Practioner at my Family doctors office and she said that while they were normal, they were not optimal and decided to bump me up 1/2 a pill.  So I went from 30 mg (1/2 grain) of NP Thyroid to 45 mg and I am still having some issues with anxiety.  I've only been on the new dose for 3 days and I know it takes time to get into my system.  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.  Never really had anxiety issues before and this is a scary feeling.  Thank you in advance!

I haven't had anxiety issues, but I agree with your NP...your labs are in range, but they're still a little low.  Your FT4 is only at 22% of range (50% is target for FT4), and your FT3 is at 47% (50-66%+ is the target here).  Smart NP, BTW.  I think she did the right thing.  Give it a few more days.
