The only way to answer your question is to ask you how you are feeling.  Are you still having any symptoms, either hypo or hyper?

The ideal level of thyroid med is that which keeps your Free T3 and Free T4 levels adequate to relieve hypo symptoms.  The type of med and the optimal daily dosage can vary from one patient to another because everyone is different.  Symptom relief is all important, not just test results.

If you haven't been tested for Free T3, you should request that.  Also, since hypo patients are frequently too low in the ranges for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, you should get those tested as well.

One further thing is that just because your TSH is below range does not mean that you are hyperthyroid.  TSH is frequently suppressed when taking dosages of thyroid med adequate to relieve hypo symptoms.  You are hyper only if having hyper symptoms due to excessive levels of Free T3 and Free T4.
