Thyroid lab results

Hi...recently had lab work done, and the results were as follows:
TSH--2.010
T4--4.7
T3--195 (high)

I am a 41 year old white female who has taken various thyroid Rxs for years.  I am now back on Armour since they are producing it again, and take 120 mg. per day--same time every day.  However, I feel tired constantly and my "brain fog" is worse than ever.  Physician says these levels are basically normal and to keep on same dose.  My question is this:  at what point are the lab numbers "abnormal" enough to need a change?  I'm sure it varies from person to person, but after years of this nonsense I have just about had all I can take.  Any advice?  Thanks.

YOu T3 seems very high but it depends on the labs ref ranges.  My advise to you would be to see an endocrinologist who specializes in thyroid.  You should have your antibodies tested as well.  These antibodies determine whether you have thyroiditis or Hashimotos (same thing).  They are called Thyroglobulin and THyroid Peroxidase and are very important as I just found out myself.  So, if you do not have an endocrinologist, you need to see one as I did.  I was put on Cytomel for my T3 and I take Levothyroxine each day.  Good luck and hope you feel better.

Thanks for the advice.  I wil ask to have the antibodies tested next time I have lab work done.  I have seen several endocrinologists in the past several years, and my problem with them is they are always pushing the synthetic drugs (Synthroid, Levothyroxine, Levothroid) that have never worked for me.  I even specifically asked one of them if she would put me on Armour Thyroid and she said no!  Since then, I went back to my GP, who said he would, indeed, put me on Armour.  Have good luck with it, but still not quite right.  I would like to find an endocrinologist in my area (Houston, TX) that prefers natural thyroid medicines as opposed to synthetic.  Any suggestions from anyone in this area?

What are the ranges on your T3 and T4, and are they free T3 and free T4 or total T3 and total T4?  If they don't specifically say "free" or FT3/FT4, they are total.
